PROBLEM STATeMENT

Despite affecting many adolescents and young adults, BDD is often minimized or dismissed, with social media and unrealistic beauty standards intensifying feelings of shame, surveillance, and self-distortion. As a result, those living with BDD struggle in silence, while the severity of the disorder remains largely unseen and underrecognized.

Make audiences feel a fraction of the discomfort
of living with body dysmorphic disorder.
